Refund policy

At BT STORE, every piece is carefully produced and inspected to meet our quality standards.

As a limited streetwear brand, all sales are considered final. However, we will gladly assist you in the rare case of an error on our side.

We accept returns or exchanges only if:

  • You received an incorrect item.

  • You received a size different from what you ordered.

  • The item has a verified manufacturing defect.

Requests must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery, including clear photo evidence.
Items must remain unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging.

Once approved, we will handle the replacement process at no additional cost.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for size selection errors, change of mind, refused deliveries, or minor color variations caused by lighting or screen differences.
